We are flexible on check-in time, and generally ask between 3pm and 10pm. If you are arriving outside of that window, kindly send us a message and we would be happy to accommodate.

For check-out, we ask that you be out of your rooms by 12pm.

Yes, we are happy to arrange pickups and dropoffs from the airport to Gorilla Neighbour Guest House. Should you need transportation to Kampala or elsewhere in Uganda, please let us and we will happily help arrange it.

Yes, all of our rooms are within the range of our WiFi router so you will be able to use your electronic devices to access the internet throughout your stay.
